At US Wildling Shoes, we want you to feel the earth beneath your feet with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your minimalist shoes aren't the perfect fit for your journey, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn Wildlings in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
